My heart hurts for all the seniors out there who got this huge time of their life cut short and are losing all those big right of passage moments. I know so many of my friend's kids who are just heartbroken right now. Be extra kind to the high school senior in your life! (But really, be extra kind to everyone!)

 

Maddie is one of those seniors who is not going to get the experience of a graduation ceremony this year. This girl is strong though and hardworking though so even though I am sad for her I know she is gonna be amazing!  This girl was so busy last fall that we had one single day...one single opportunity to schedule her session. AND BOY WAS IT COLD. And not just cold but WINDY. SO WINDY. I left this session and my hands were numb. But Maddie never once complained and rocked every outfit and every photo!
